Avocado Corn Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ears corn (cut off the cob)

  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes (quartered)

  • 2 avocados (sliced)

  • 2 green onions (chopped)

  • 1/4 c cilantro (chopped)

  • 3 pinches salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 3 tbsp lime juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients & mix

  2. Enjoy!
