VIDEO & RECIPE - Cooking with Vigo - Episode 19: almond butter

Almond Butter - great paired with your favorite fruit

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c roasted almonds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Process almonds for 5 minutes.

  2. Add chia seeds, cinnamon, coconut oil, & vanilla. Process for 3 min & scrape sides. Repeat 3 to 4 times, or until desired consistency.

  3. Serve with your favorite fruit

  4. ENJOY!
